It’s hard to believe our journey began almost five weeks ago! This trip proves that time truly does fly when you are having fun.
Over the past few weeks we have formed a truly amazing bond with the people of Maji Moto so it only seemed fitting that we would end celebrating with them!
Aaron, the head school teacher, planned a very fun event that involved speeches, songs, and of course roasted goat! We took pictures in front of the house we built and were even able to officially open a house that was constructed by a former Putney trip.

We ended the day with one last meal lovingly prepared by the Mamas and everyone was pretty excited that chapati was involved. One last group meeting was held in which we gave shoutouts to everyone in our Putney family as well as reminisced on our trip highlights!
